Kristen Anne Bell, born 1980 in the US of America, is an actor and singer. Her parents include Tom Bell and Lorelei Frygier and both are television news directors. Her family was born in Huntington Woods Michigan. Her ancestry is Polish (mother) and German, English, Irish, and Scottish (father). Kristen was already an accomplished entertainer at an early stage. In 1992, Kristen attended her first audition. She got the role on Raggedy Ann And Andy. Bell received an agent who was appointed by her mother prior to the age of 13 and was cast as a model on newspapers and television commercials. She is now also taking individual acting classes. Bell played an uncredited character in the film Polish Wedding (1998) in 1998. Bell attended Shrine Catholic High School where she participated in the music as well as drama. The Wizard of Oz production in her high school earned Bell the leading Dorothy role. Bell was then transferred in New York City, to the Tisch School of the Arts. She studied musical theater there. The year 2001 was the time Bell left university to portray the character in the role of Becky in Tom Sawyer. In 2001, Bell made her first credit debut as Becky in Pootie Tang. But the film cut her character from the film, and she was not even on the screen credits. Bell appeared alongside Angela Bettis, Liam Neeson, and The Crucible Broadway performance of The Crucible in 2002.
